 We are confident you will be pleased with your purchase, but in the unlikely event you're not completely happy with a purchase when you receive it, we offer the following returns policy:

 

You may return most items, within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. This is only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item.). The returned item should be resealed in the original packaging where possible.

 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper ( return shipping paid for by you, the customer), however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. 

 

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order and details about the product you would like to return and the reasons for doing this. All our products are used, consequently, may show some signs of wear. We endeavour to give a true representation of each item in our photographs and product descriptions. Please contact us for clarification if you are unsure of an item prior to purchase.

Shipping is currently FREE, as shown at the checkout. Alternatively, you can arrange a collection or provide your own courier. For international delivery on artifacts, we will complete all relative paper work if required with any further fees invoiced.
